Christmas and Happy New Year from Shifty Morgan!
What a great year 2007 was
for us! We played some excellent shows from Meadow Lake to The Pas
and from Medicine Hat to Moosomin. Some highlights were certainly
Dauphin Countryfest, Craven Country Jamboree and a brand new
festival, The Swift Current Country Music Jamboree. Thanks to all
of the CCMA members who took the time to nominate and vote for
Anthony Kelly in the Specialty Instrument (mandolin) category of
the Canadian Country Music Awards this fall and hats off to the
Regina Host Committee for organizing such a fantastic event! A
great big thank you to all of the venues and festivals we played
at and of course to all the fans who came out to see our shows.
We look forward to another good year in 2008 starting out with
The Pump on January 3, 4, and 5.
So
from Neil, Vern, Guy, Blake and Anthony, have a great holiday
season and hope to see you all somewhere on the road in 2008!
